AR TECH BD is dedicated to enable a unique & delightful purchase experience for its customers.
We are hell-bound to ensure the highest quality & reliability for our customers.
However, there might be some inconsistencies. On seldom occasions, you may have to return an order.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Customer must send an unboxing video while unpacking the items from Box
For any manufacturing defects customer must send the video to artechbd.com within 2 days of product receive
After 2 days of products receive artechbd.com will not provide the replacement or warranty
Customer must send the item with proper bubble wrap and all the accessories and item must be in the box
Box must be in new conditions
Box and Item serial must be same if any
Note: Product delivery duration may vary due to product availability in stock.
Disclaimer: The actual color of the physical product may slightly vary due to the deviation of lighting sources,
photography or your device display settings.
Return Policy:
In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:
Must notify within 24 Hour .
Please do not break the seal of your received product & conserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
Any exception will result in no return.
In case of a Misplaced Order:
Check the product and match it with the invoice.
Let us know as soon as possible

In case of Manufacturing Defect:
Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.
Any delay beyond 2 days will result in no return or replacement.
***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. AR TECH BD has nothing to do with it.
You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality.
2. AR TECH BD will bear the delivery charges for 24 Hour replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.

Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect, must notify within 7 Days
Any delay will not be acceptable.

While claiming warranty, the customer has to pay the pickup charge (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka) and the delivery charge after warranty processing (Inside Dhaka 60 taka, Outside Dhaka 100 taka).
***Customers must provide the box and all the accessories given with the product while claiming warranty. Warranty will not be provided if anything is missing
If any problem found within 24 Hour, customer won't have to pay any delivery fee
Refund Policy :
Refunds
Refunds are made only when the request is made within 1-2 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
You will receive the refund within 2-5 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
